Inició sus actividades como fabricante de tubos de aceros para la industria de la construcción. Posteriormente producción de tubos para usos térmicos (calderas e intercambiadores de calor), para la industria petrolera y petroquímica nacional, con la aprobación del Instituto Tecnológico Venezolano del petróleo (INTEVEP). Cuenta con tres molinos laminadores de tubo de acero con costura, con soldadura por bobinas de inducción de alta frecuencia, varias líneas para el tratamiento térmico, tratamiento químico, trefilación, corte a la medida y acabados especiales, que ha permitido ofrecer en el mercado una amplia gama de aplicaciones automotrices, industriales y civiles, dotado con sistemas de Calidad, Ambiente y BASC.

It began its activities as a manufacturer of steel tubes for the construction industry. Subsequently, production of tubes for thermal uses (boilers and heat exchangers), for the national oil and petrochemical industry, with the approval of the Venezuelan Technological Institute of Petroleum (INTEVEP). It has three seamed steel tube rolling mills, welded by high-frequency induction coils, several lines for heat treatment, chemical treatment, wire drawing, cut-to-length, and special finishes, which has made it possible to offer a wide range of automotive, industrial and civil applications, equipped with Quality, Environment and BASC systems.
